NGC 1973–75–77 is a loose grouping of stars located just over a degree north of the Orion nebula. Light from these stars is scattered by minute dust grains, producing a reflection nebula. But light is also reflected in these yellow clouds from the Orion Nebula itself, which is located off the bottom of the picture. The nebulae and stars are about 1500 light years distant. This 32" by 28" poster is printed in brilliant color on premium stock and is packaged rolled into a sturdy cardboard tube for shipping.
