NASA's latest deep-space image, the Hubble Deep Field South
is the deepest view of the Universe ever obtained from the Southern
Hemisphere. The image was recorded by the Hubble Space Telescope
over a period of ten consecutive days in September and October
of 1998. The most distant galaxies detected in the image, which
are visible as small, red dots, are some 15 billion light years
away, at the very edge of the observable Universe. This 24"
by 36" inch poster is printed in brilliant color on premium
stock and is packaged rolled into a sturdy cardboard tube for
shipping.
