By completing the sign up form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the following terms and conditions:
1. Joining the program. By completing the sign up form you will become a member of the astrographics.com affiliate program and will be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for the purpose of legally advertising the astrographics.com web site in order to receive commissions on products purchased by visitors referred by your web site.
2. Revocation of affiliate status. Your participation in the program may be suspended or terminated solely at our discretion for any of the following reasons: inappropriate advertising (i.e. false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.), spamming (i.e. mass email, mass news group posting, etc.), advertising on web sites that contain or promote illegal activities or pornography, or violation of intellectual property rights.
3. Affiliate links. You may use graphics and text links to astrographics.com on your web site and in email messages. You may also advertise your affiliation with astrographics.com in classified advertisements, magazines, newspapers, etc. You may use the graphics and text links that we provide, or you may create your own graphics and text links, as long as they are consistent with condition 2. You must include at least one astrographics.com logo image on at least one page of your web site.
4. Affiliate tracking. You earn a commission on every sale made to every visitor referred by your web site. We keep track of the visitors referred by your web site for one year, so it does not matter whether the sale is made today, next month, or in six months––you still earn a commission. You even earn a commission on every subsequent sale made to every visitor referred by your web site for one year. We keep track of visitors referred by your web site using cookies and by IP addresses.
5. Commission rates and payment schedule. You earn commissions at a variable rate that is determined by your sales per month according to the following table:

All commissions are based on the cost of merchandise only, exclusive of taxes and shipping and handling fees. We issue payments monthly, within 45 days of the end of the month, whenever your account balance due exceeds $50. If your account balance due does not exceed $50 in a given month, then it is carried over to the following month. Commissions on products returned by visitors referred by your web site will be debited against your account balance due or, if your account balance due is insufficient, billed to you.
6. Term of the agreement. These terms and conditions will begin when your affiliate account is opened and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If you do not accept any modification to the terms of this agreement, then your sole recourse is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any modification to the terms of this agreement.
7. Liability. We will not be liable for direct, indirect, or accidental damages (e.g. loss of revenue or commissions) due to failure of our affiliate tracking, loss of our data base files, or any results of "intents of harm" to the program or to our web site. We make no expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program or to the products sold on our web site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program or our web site will be free of errors. |
